St. Louisville, OH

The Village Community

Platted in 1839, the village of St. Louisville, OH has a population under 500. Located along the Northern Fork of Licking River.

Officially called St. Louisville Village, Ohio. Surrounding areas include: Utica in the North, Mt. Vernon further north. Vanatta and Newark in to the south and southwest, the city of Columbus, OH at about 50 miles distance.

Other cities include Gambier, Howard, Sparta, Mt Liberty, Bangs, Martinsburg, Homer, Frazeysburg, Nashport, Hanover, Heath, Hopewell, Johnstown, Pataskala, Kirkersville, Etna, Glanford, Mt Perry, Somerset, Millersport, Baltimore, Pleasantville, Rushville, Lancaster, Bremen, Junction City, Sunbury, Galena, Alexandria, Centerburg, Rich Hill, Berkshire, Kilbourne, Zanesville, Sonora, Adamsville, Conesville, New Moscow, Tunnel Hill, Warsaw, Newcastle, Danville Brinkhaven and Amity to name several.

Slightly northeast of St. Louisville is Woodbury Wildlife Area. Southeast is the Dillon and Powelson Wildlife Areas. Directly north is the Mohican State Park. Directly south is the Wayne National Forest.

We are fortunate to have a farm in this part of the country particularly given the climate here is average for temperature, precipitation, humidity, wind, snowfall and sunshine.

The air quality is better than the US average.
